1. Introduction

Welcome to Shuobu (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our party," or "Shuobu").

By accessing or using the Shuobu website, applications, APIs, hint libraries, translation tools, or other related functions (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shuobu.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please immediately cease accessing or using the Services.

2. Use of the Services

You undertake to use the Shuobu Services only in a legal, compliant, and consistent manner with these Terms. You may not use this Service for the following purposes:

  • Violating any applicable national, regional, local, or international laws and regulations;
  • Engaging in fraud, harassment, defamation, infringement of others' rights, or dissemination of malicious software;
  • Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors;
  • Sending, distributing, or inducing others to send any form of advertising, spam, promotional material, or unsolicited commercial communications without Shuobu's prior written permission;
  • Impersonating Shuobu, Shuobu employees, other users, or any individual, organization, or entity;
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on servers, scraping sensitive data, or bypassing rate limits.

3. User Content and Responsibility

Shuobu may allow you to upload, submit, create, share, or store text, prompts, tags, descriptions, and other content (collectively, "User Content"). In this context, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the user content, or have obtained the necessary authorization or permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute such content worldwide;
  • The user content does not infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights;
  • The user content does not contain illegal, pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or any content that violates public order and good morals;
  • You fully understand and accept all legal liabilities arising from the use of AI prompts to generate, edit, or distribute content.

Furthermore, you hereby grant Shuobu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your user content for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, optimizing, and improving Shuobu services;
  • Displaying, indexing, caching, or reasonably processing the content you submit;
  • Conducting anonymized data analysis or model training (without directly identifying you).

Shuobu will not sell your original user content to third parties or use it for commercial purposes unrelated to the service.

4. License for Use

Shuobu grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use publicly available materials in the Service (such as prompt templates, sample texts, etc.) for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • modify, copy, distribute, sell, rent, lend, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Service (unless expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law);
  • use the Service or any part thereof for commercial purposes (such as on-premises deployment, customer delivery, resale, etc.) unless you have obtained written authorization from Shuobu;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, algorithms, or architectural designs from the Service;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Service;
  • mirror, cache, or rehost Shuobu's content or interface on other websites, platforms, or servers.

5. Disclaimer Regarding AI-Generated Content

Shuobu provides high-quality prompts, text templates, and multilingual support tools to help users interact more efficiently with third-party AI models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

However, please note: All content generated by third-party AI models ("AI Output") is controlled by external systems, and Shuobu cannot interfere with its generation process or results.

By using this service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • AI Output may contain factual errors, logical biases, cultural biases, offensive statements, harmful advice, or legal risks;
  • You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and security of AI Output before publishing, sharing, or commercializing it;
  • Shuobu does not monitor, control, or assume any responsibility for how you use prompts, how you configure AI tools, or the final generated content;
  • You are solely responsible for any loss, claim, dispute, or damage (including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, reputational damage, data breaches, etc.) resulting from reliance on AI Output.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, APIs, or platforms. These links are provided solely for user convenience.

Shuobu is not responsible for:

  • the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party websites;
  • the privacy policies, data practices, or business practices of third-party services;
  • any transactions or interactions between you and third parties.

Accessing third-party links indicates that you assume all associated risks.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Shuobu services is also governed by the Shuobu Privacy Policy.

This policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Please read it carefully.

8. Service Changes and Availability

Shuobu reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or restrict part or all of the services at any time, including but not limited to feature adjustments, interface updates, pricing changes, or technical upgrades.

In the event of significant changes (such as the removal of core features or adjustments to the pricing model), we will notify users in advance through website announcements, emails, or other reasonable means.

The service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Shuobu reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if any of the following occurs:

  • You violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
  • You engage in destructive activities such as automated abuse, bulk scraping, malicious registration, or click fraud;
  • Your account is used for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activities;
  • Your actions pose a risk to Shuobu's system security, operational stability, or user experience.

Upon termination, you should immediately cease using the Service and delete any locally cached Shuobu materials.

10. Disclaimer

This Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Shuobu expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Timeliness, security, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation of the Service;
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Content;
  • Merchantment or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shuobu and its affiliates, employees, agents, or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

  • loss of profits, reduction of revenue, business interruption;
  • loss of data, damage to equipment, damage to goodwill;
  • third-party claims or legal fees.

Even if Shuobu has been advised of the possibility of such damages, it shall not be liable.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shuobu from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or costs arising out of or in connection with:

  • your violation of these Terms or Privacy Policy;
  • user content you submit that infringes on the rights of third parties;
  • your abuse of the Service or use of the Service for illegal activities;
  • your improper use of AI-generated content that leads to third-party claims.

13. Other Terms

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Wait: Shuobu's failure to exercise a right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in the location of Shuobu for resolution.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between you and Shuobu and supersede all prior oral or written communications.
